We submitted an application to Trafford Council, proposed a change of use from a C3 6 bed residential dwelling to a 8 bed Sui Generis HMO - Application was refused due to excessive number of bedrooms, excessive noise, detriment of amenity to neighbours and more. We appealed the decision and it was overturned by the Planning Inspectorate!
